I am interested in submitting an essay I wrote for a history of Yugoslavia course. It is an essay focused on Joe Sacco’s Safe Area Gorazde which is a graphic novel. The paper focuses on what the novel can and cannot tell us about micro level interactions during genocide. Is this a topic which would be appropriate for the journal?
