Dream for Darfur

The "Dream for Darfur" benefit concert will be held on June 12th, from 7-10 PM at Central Valley Elementary in Central Valley, Orange County, New York. The purpose of this event is to educate the local public about Darfur and to generate funds to contribute to direct aid relief in Darfur. Specifically, we seek to inspire our peers to action, so that the Darfur crisis does not become another one of the genocides that the world only recalls in retrospect.
Bands and artists playing include the Holding Company, the Jeff Butta Band, Kombat, Dolphin Toys, and the Jew Man Group. Tickets will be sold for $5.00 in advance. We are also welcoming donations, contributions, and offers of aid. Specifically, concert attendees would need to fill out visitor forms, so please ask us for these if you are interested in attending.
