Urgent: Keep Calling the State Department!
Submitted by sredding on 5 February 2009 - 2:48am.
Early this morning, we posted on the STAND Blog that the Government of Sudan has seized Muhajiriya, South Darfur.
Khartoum is clearly testing the Obama administration's resolve. Call the State Department today and demand immediate action. If you called on Wednesday about Muhajiriya, call again and urge Senator Clinton and Ambassador Rice to act now to address the escalating violence threatening Darfuri civilians.
Call the State Department at 202-647-6575!
E-mail advocacy@standnow.org with questions.
